A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Rodney played football at George Washington Carver High School and Westwood High School where he was a starter at both schools. In 2006, he was named to the all-metro team and voted to play in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl Annual High School all-star game. Aspirations of a football career were cut short due to a life-threatening injury during this time. Unable to stay away from the game he loves, Rodney returned to football in 2011 as an assistant coach at North Parkway Middle School. His football coaching career continued to expand over the years returning to George Washington Carver High in 2012 as a Defensive and Offensive Lineman Coach where they were 2x Division Champions and 2x City Championship Runner-up. From 2013-2015, he served in the same coaching role at Geter Middle School where they too finished their overall football seasons as 2x Division Champions and 2x City Championship Runner-Up. Continuing his coaching career, Rodney switched gears to high school. From 2015-2020, he took on the role as a defensive lineman coach at Fairley High School. During his tenure, the team was 3x Division Champions. In 2017, 2018, and 2019, the team advanced to rounds two and three in the state playoffs. The 2018-2019 season produced a Top 10 ranked defensive lineman in the state. Since 2020, Rodney continues to serve in his respective role as a defensive lineman coach at Germantown High School. Not only has Germantown High School advanced to the state playoffs since 2021, but they have also produced two all-state defensive linemen in 2023, the 2023 defensive player of the year, 2023 two power 5 commits, 2023 top 5 defensive line, and continue change the narrative and set the football standard in Tennessee. Today, Rodney utilizes his abilities in several capacities as a youth mentor, strong leader, strategic thinker, along with his problem-solving skills to remain impactful and driven as an inspirational leader to his community, his city, and its youth, both professionally and personally.

A native of Mobile, AL, Frank played at John LeFlore high school, starting on both offensive and defensive line earning himself a full scholarship to the University of Memphis. Frank, concluded his collegiate career third on Memphis' all-time list with 36.5 tackles for a loss, including a career-high 16.5 as a junior in 2010. Overall, he started 36 of 49 games and amassed 195 tackles and five sacks, while earning All-Conference USA honorable mention honors twice. He was originally signed as a rookie free agent by the Jacksonville Jaguars following the 2012 draft but was released and signed to the practice squad for the Philadelphia Eagles. After some work with the Jaguars and Philadelphia Eagles Frank signed on to play with the Portland Thunder and Iowa Barnstormers of the AFL. Trotter had a solid career in the AFL, where he contributed everywhere on the field. He picked up 48 tackles, 8.5 sacks, three fumble recoveries, an interception, and broke up eighteen passes in two seasons in the AFL.
